Event Experiential Design
Amazon Ads I Beauty Summit

Venue and date: Monarch Rooftop NYC, Dec 5th, 2022

Project Goals: 

Host an elevated meeting for beauty vendors to learn about Amazon Ads metrics,  trends, and shopping data.

 

Experience Goals:

  • Use creative display stations to present samples and engage attendees in AA data points 

  • Design and decor throughout the space to create a warm and intimate experience 

  • Produce fireside chats and content sessions for guests to learn about industry trends

Role:

  • Lead Designer for this event, designed and assisted in on-site production of the event including photo moments, experiential activation, and event graphic design

  • Worked closely with the production team and designed experiential elements for the premiere

  • Managed event details and prepared production files for the vendors
