FOX I Fox Upfront 2022
Venue and date: Skylight on Vesey NYC, May 16th, 2022
Project Goals:
Create an immersive and engaging post-presentation experience through eye-catching design, good eats, and interactive installations, all while pulling the thread of the full FOX portfolio throughout the space, and showcasing their diversity of content.
Experience Goals:

Use creative design to curate unique activations highlighting each FOX vertical

Create a seamless transition of events from guest entry to the show, and into the post-presentation party

Design a cohesive floorplan that implemented a creative use of space outside of the LED screens to host guests at the reception
Role:

Lead Designer for this event, designed and assisted in on-site production of the event including entry experience, photo moments, event activation, and overall event design.

Worked closely with the production team and designed experiential elements for the premiere

Managed event details and prepared production files for the vendors
